Love to Cornish Rex was a love at first sight.
Our cattery isn't big, which we consider as our asset. That's why we are capable of taking care of our cats and kittens in a most efficient way. Our goal is a cattery with healthy, happy and beautiful Cornish Rex Cats. We would like to breed cats closely approaching the new type of Cornish Rex: very slim bodies, long paws and beautiful fur. Above all we want to keep their best features, especially their wonderful character and devastating, expressive look. We would like our cats to be sociable, people friendly and bringing their owners a lot of pleasure.
Each new litter in our cattery means a lot of joy, despite of sacrifice and renunciation that we put into nurturing kittens. We look for persons who would love and treat them as a member of the family. When potential keepers are interested in attending cat shows, then we are glad even more.
Not all cats from our cattery live with us. Since their well-being and comfort are of great concern to us, we keep them in two different houses. We have dams, and sires live with our parents. Thanks to this solution our cats have maximum liberty, we don't have to isolate them, and we avoid the unplanned covers. They are all full members of the family.
The idea to found a cattery was born a few months after Dafne came to live with us. We had lots of doubts and questions at the time. First we had to find the answers. After some time we made a breeding plan and its realisation was spread into several years. One year later Dee Dee joined us and the "last" to come was Ranonkel from the Netherlands. In the meantime a cat brought from France, Djude Boy joined us as well, and... well he also brought chaos in our life.
Our plan, we hope will develop together with our experience.
